The Food & Wine Classic in Aspen returns June 20–22 for three days of tastings, toasts, and unforgettable experiences with the most celebrated names in food and wine. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Colorado Rockies, this premier summer event brings together top chefs, winemakers, and spirits experts for a weekend unlike any other.

Attendees can choose from over 80 activities, including cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, and intimate conversations with culinary legends. Some of the highlights from this year’s program: 

  • A chefs vs. sommeliers blind tasting showdown, where the masters go head-to-head
  • Culinary icon Martin Yan’s highly anticipated debut with The Joy of Noodles, bringing his signature flair to the stage
  • Live fireside podcast tapings hosted by Kat Kinsman, featuring Padma Lakshmi, Antoni Porowski, and Ayesha Curry
  • Live demos by renowned chefs like Gail Simmons, Andrew Zimmern, and Tyler Florence, offering up their kitchen secrets
  • Wine and spirits tastings led by the masters, from aged Burgundy to mezcal, amaro, and more

At the heart of the weekend are five Grand Tastings—walk-around events featuring more than 150 chefs, winemakers, distillers, and artisanal producers.
